Changed your mind? Don’t worry, we still love you! At Skin Nudes, we strive to make the returns process easier for you with our returns and exchange portal. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee policy exclusively for U.S. customers who purchased our products from Skinnudes.com. Please note that refund requests for purchases made through third-party affiliates or health stores must be directed to the respective retailer.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be a first-time purchase and shipped back to the Skin Nudes Warehouse. A $8.00 return shipping fee applies to returns. Once your refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 10-14 business days for the returns/exchanges to be processed.

Please be aware that we do not process refunds for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you have unused items and would like to return them for a refund, follow the link below to begin the process. All acceptable return items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and unopened/unused additional add-ons. The items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Flash Sale items cannot be returned.

1. Securely pack items with labels and tags, inside the original packaging.
3. We’ll issue your refund or exchange within the following 10-14 days of your items arrival to our warehouse.

In Skin Nudes, we have high standards for quality, comfort, fit, and style. As long as your product is unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags intact within 30 days from purchase.

The replacement size will be sent as soon as we have received notice your complete order or items to exchange have arrived and are cleared of damages. The sooner you return the original, the faster you will receive the replacement.

The cost to return your incorrect size is on us!

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

If you received items damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, select the Exchange option and we’ll ship a brand new item ASAP.

In the event of items that are NOT OUR BRAND mistakenly returned to our warehouse –

Once the mistaken item arrives at our warehouse, our Customer Experience Team will promptly notify the client. The client will have a grace period of 5 (five) business days to provide us with a return label for the item.

If the client fails to reply or send us a return label within the specified 5 (five) business days, the package will be disposed of. Additionally, the client will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the mistaken return. The package will be shipped out once the shipping fee is paid and the return label is provided to us.

Unless explicitly stated, the prices of our products already include discounts. All offers are subject to stock availability, and no rain checks will be provided. These offers are not valid for previous purchases, taxes, or shipping and processing charges. Applicable sales tax must be paid by the consumer. Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Promotions hold no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. Returns will result in the forfeiture of the offer or an equivalent amount. Skin Nudesreserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time. Additional restrictions may apply. Please note that promo codes cannot be applied retroactively by you or our Customer Experience team.

Please note that Skin Nudes’s international shipping charges do not cover additional costs such as customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
